GRF55x High Linearity Power Amplifiers

Guerrilla RF GRF55x High Linearity Power Amplifiers are optimized to deliver excellent P1db, Adjacent Channel Leakage Ratio (ACLR), and IM3 performance. These amplifiers are members of the externally matched linear amplifiers that cover a range of frequencies ranging from 660MHz to 2700MHz. The Guerrilla RF GRF55x power amplifiers operate at a -40°C to 85°C temperature range and stored at -65°C to 150°C temperature range. Typical applications include cellular boosters, automotive compensators, customer-premise equipment, and picocell/femtocell.
