Asahi Kasei Microdevices Infrared LED Elements for NDIR Type Gas Sensors are small mid-infrared light emitting diodes made of AlInSb and optimized for NDIR gas sensing applications. The Infrared LEDs implement a unique compound semiconductor technology at room temperature, achieving high radiant intensity, speed response, and reliability. The Asahi Kasei Infrared LED Elements include an internal mid-infrared photodiode for thermal compensations purposes.

Asahi Kasei Microdevices Sensor Elements for NDIR-type Gas Sensors are infrared LEDs, infrared sensors, and AFE ICs with a built-in infrared LED driver designed for NDIR (Non-Dispersive InfraRed) type gas sensors.
