Ultra-Low Capacitance ESD Diodes

Micro Commercial Components (MCC) Ultra-Low Capacitance ESD Diodes feature 2.9V clamping voltage and 0.2pF ultra-low capacitance for shielding sensitive devices from harmful ESD. The low clamping voltage provides efficient protection without compromising signal quality, and ultra-low capacitance is ideal for minimizing signal distortion in high-speed applications. These diodes are designed to avoid compromising signal integrity while preventing damage from electrostatic discharge. The ultra-low capacitance ESD diodes also feature impressive IEC 6100-4-2 ratings for ESD immunity of up to ±15kV for air and ±12kV for contact discharge. These diodes offer bidirectional protection against ESD events in both directions, making them suitable for a variety of circuit designs.
