IPS4140HQ Quad High-Side Solid State Relays

STMicroelectronics IPS4140HQ Quad High-Side Smart Power Solid State Relays are monolithic 4-channel drivers with very low RDS(on) and per-channel diagnostics. The ICs, realized in STMicroelectronics™ VIPower™ technology, are intended to drive any load with one side connected to ground. Active channel current limitation combined with independent for each channel, thermal shutdown, and automatic restart protect the device against overload.
