GRF400x Broadband LNA/Linear Drivers

Guerrilla RF GRF400x Broadband LNA/Linear Drivers are broadband low noise gain blocks designed for small cells, wireless infrastructures, and other high-performance applications. The GRF400x exhibits outstanding broadband NF, linearity, and return losses with a single match. The Guerrilla GRF400x offers high levels of reuse both within a design and across platforms and is configured as first-stage LNAs, linear drivers, or cascaded gain blocks. These devices are operated from a supply voltage of 1.8 to 5.0V with a selectable Iddq range for optimal efficiency and linearity.

Low Noise Amplifiers

Guerrilla RF Low Noise Amplifiers are broadband, linear, ultralow noise amplifiers designed for small cell, wireless infrastructure, and other high-performance RF applications.
