Nisshinbo Voltage Regulators are single-output switching regulators offering very low operating supply current. The Nisshinbo voltage regulators feature an input voltage range from 600mV to 30V and operate from -40°C to +85°C or up to +105°C. These voltage regulators offer a variety of switching frequencies from 300kHz to 2.25MHz.
