The Schottky rectifiers are AEC-Q101 qualified and are encapsulated in a small SOD123 SMD plastic package. These PMEGx0x0xEGW Schottky Barrier Rectifiers are available in variants based on their forward current and reverse voltage. Typical applications include a high-efficiency DC-to-DC converter, automotive applications, and switch-mode power supply.
