Nexperia MJD41C and MJD42C 100V 6A High Power Bipolar Transistors offer high thermal power dissipation in a power DPAK, TO-252 (SOT428C) surface-mounted device (SMD) plastic package. These devices offer high energy efficiency due to low heat generation and feature low collector-emitter saturation voltage. The Nexperia MJD41C and MJD42C are ideal for a wide variety of applications including linear voltage regulators, power management, and constant current drive backlighting. The MJD41C-QJ and MJD42C-QJ transistors are AEC-Q101 qualified.

BJT & MJD Bipolar Transistors

Nexperia BJT and MJD Bipolar Transistors deliver high thermal and electrical performance. The high quality, high reliability automotive (AEC-Q101-qualified) and consumer/industrial-qualified MJD 2A to 8A power bipolar transistor family includes seventeen parts in 45V to 100V NPN and PNP versions. These well-known devices in industry-standard footprint complement Nexperia’s existing portfolio of high-performance bipolar power transistors in LFPAK and further expand the company’s total power bipolar discrete offering.
