Automotive Zener Diodes

ROHM Automotive Zener Diodes are AEC-Q101-qualified high-reliability diodes for voltage regulation. These diodes offer a 2.02V to 160V Zener voltage (V_Z) range and a 100mW to 1W power dissipation (P_D) range. The Automotive Zener diodes are available in a silicon epitaxial planar structure with a 1mA to 20mA Zener current (IZ) range. These diodes exhibit a storage temperature range between -55°C to 150°C. The Automotive grade Zener diodes come in EMD2, PMDU, SMD3, SOT-23, TUMD2M, UMD2, UMD3, UMD4, VMD2, and VMN2 package.

UDZ LV & KDZ LV Zener Diodes

ROHM Semiconductor UDZ LV and KDZ LV Zener Diodes are highly reliable and are ideal for voltage regulation applications. The UDZ LV series offers a range of voltages from 51V to 150V and is offered in a 0.2W rated compact form factor. The KDZ LV features a rated power of 1.0W and is AEC-Q101 qualified. ROHM UDZ LV and KDZ LV Zener diodes offer superior surge resistance and support automotive and industrial standards.
