GBUx Glass Passivated Bridge Rectifiers

Vishay GBUx Glass Passivated Bridge Rectifiers are single-phase rectifiers with a high surge current capability and high case dielectric strength of 1500VRMS. These bridge rectifiers operate at 150°C maximum junction temperature (Tj). The GBUx glass passivated bridge rectifiers meet UL 94V-0 flammability rating. These single-phase rectifiers are Pb-free, RoHS-compliant, and halogen-free. The GBUx rectifiers are ideal for PCBs and are used in AC/DC bridge full wave rectification for monitors, TVs, printers, switching mode power supplies, adapters, audio equipment, and home appliances.
