Nexperia BASxxGW High-Speed Switching Diodes are AEC-Q101 qualified and encapsulated in a SOD123 and SOT123 small SMD plastic package. The BASxxGW diodes consist of BAS16GWJ, BAS16GWX, BAS21GWJ, and BAS21GWX variants. These BASxxGW diodes feature reverse recovery time trr ≤ 4ns/50ns high switching speed, and V≤ 100V/200V reverse voltage. Typical applications include high-speed switching at high voltage and general-purpose switching.
