Analog Devices Inc. AD4003/AD4007/AD4011 18-Bit Differential Successive Approximation Register (SAR) ADCs are high accuracy, high speed, low-power ADCs. The 18-bit SAR ADCs operate at 1.8V single supply operation with a 1.71V to 5.5V logic interface. These SAR ADCs with high throughput allow accurate capture of high-frequency signals and decimation to achieve a high Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR). The AD4003/AD4007/AD4011 18-bit ADCs offer the ability to daisy-chain ADCs and operate at -40°C to +125°C temperature range.
