D-Subminiature (D-Sub) Accessories

Amphenol FCI D-Subminiature (D-Sub) Accessories are input/output interconnects that are designed for secure connections. These accessories prevent accidental mismatching and offer 9 to 50 position hoods for different connector pin configurations. The D-Sub accessories also offer metal hoods in straight and angled terminations for EMI / RFI shielding. The different hoods are with cable clamps and jackscrews, in different orientations and locking options, and the screws are available in both UNC 4-40/M3 thread options. These accessories safeguard the connector from dust and dirt when kept in unmated condition. Typical applications include Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line (ADSL), base station, set-top box, storage systems, automotive diagnostics, gaming machines, robotics, medical instruments, and military equipment.
