1SMB59x Surface Mount Zener Diodes

Rectron 1SMB59x Surface Mount Zener Diodes feature glass passivated chip, built-in strain relief, low inductance, high peak reverse power dissipation, and low reverse leakage. These diodes operate at 1.2V maximum forward voltage (V_F) at 200mA forward current (I_F) and 50A peak forward surge current (I_FSM) at 25°C ambient temperature. The 1SMB59x diodes offer UL flammability classification of 94V-O and lead solderable per MIL-STD-750, method 2026.
