NZ8P Zener Protection Diodes

onsemi NZ8P Zener Protection Diodes are designed to safeguard sensitive electronic components from electrostatic discharge (ESD) and transient voltage events. The NZ8P diodes feature a low clamping voltage and fast response time, making them ideal for high-speed data lines and low-voltage applications. With a breakdown voltage range of 3.6V to 48.5V and a maximum reverse leakage current of 1μA (typical), the NZ8P provides reliable overvoltage protection without compromising signal integrity. Housed in a compact X2DFNW2 surface-mount package, the diodes support space-constrained designs and automated assembly processes.
