NLA9306 Voltage-Level Translators

onsemi NLA9306 Voltage-Level Translators are dual bidirectional I2C-bus and SMBus voltage-level translators with an enable (EN) input. These devices are operational from 1.0V to 3.6V [Vref(1)] and 1.8V to 5.5V [Vbias(ref)(2)]. The onsemi NLA9306 allows bidirectional voltage translations between 1.0V and 5V without using a direction pin. The switch's low ON-state resistance (RON) allows connections to be made with minimal propagation delay. The NLA9306 translators can run two buses, one at 400kHz and the other at 100kHz operating frequency.
