Texas Instruments TPS61022 8A Boost Converters is a power supply solution for portable equipment and IoT devices powered by various batteries and supercapacitors. The TPS61022 has a minimum 6.5A valley switch current limit over the full temperature range and a wide input voltage range of 0.5V to 5.5V. The TPS61022 supports supercapacitor backup power applications, which may deeply discharge the supercapacitor. The TPS61022 Converters operate at a 1MHz switching frequency when the input voltage is above 1.5V.
