Texas Instruments TMP113 I²C-Compatible Digital Temperature Sensor offers an accuracy of ±0.3°C across the -25°C to 85°C temperature range with an on-chip 12-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) that provides a temperature resolution of 0.0625°C. This device comes in a compact 6-pin WCSP package.
