SCA3400 High-Performance 3-Axis Accelerometers

Murata SCA3400 High-Performance 3-Axis (XYZ) Accelerometers combine robustness, low noise density, good linearity, and high offset stability over temperature and time. The SCA3400-D01 accelerometers are designed for industrial applications that require stability and accuracy in harsh environments. These modules offer 0.5mg offset drift over the lifetime for the X and Y axes and 2mg for the Z axis. The offset error introduced by varying the operating temperature is 2mg on the X and Y axes and 3mg on the Z axis. The SCA3400 accelerometers from Murata provide exceptional performance in terms of accuracy and exhibit a 1mg linearity error over a 1.2g range and a noise density of 20µg/√Hz. Additional features include a user-selectable dynamic range, low-pass filtering, self-diagnostics, and proven capacitive 3D-MEMS technology. Applications include Structural Health Monitoring (SHM), machine control, construction tools and systems, and Inertial Measurement Units (IMUs).
