Molex Off-the-Shelf (OTS) Mini-Fit Jr. Overmolded Cable Assemblies deliver up to 6.0A current, provide terminal position assurance options, and offer OTS versions with various circuit sizes and lengths. The Molex OTS Mini-Fit Jr. Overmolded Cable Assemblies include an overmolded strain relief to reduce mechanical stress on wires and terminals. Applications include a variety of automotive, commercial vehicle, consumer, and industrial uses.

Discrete Wire & Cable Assemblies

Molex Discrete Wire and Cable Assemblies deliver off-the-shelf solutions with a broad range of connectors in a variety of cable lengths. The connector ends of these cable assemblies offer premium housing features to prevent mismating, reduce terminal backout, and reduce operator fatigue during assembly. These completed Molex cable assemblies meet IPC specification design and meet automotive-industry standards. Molex UL 1061 and UL 1007 discrete wires are ready to use in electronic appliance applications.

Mini-Fit Jr. Discrete Cable Assemblies

Molex Mini-Fit Jr. Discrete Cable Assemblies feature a variety of cable lengths with a 4.20mm-pitch connector and 9A maximum current rating. They are available in single- and dual-row configurations for design flexibility. Multi-color cable configurations with standard Mini-Fit TPA2 and non-TPA connectors are available off the shelf. The multi-color cables ensure connections are correct. Pin-to-pin mapping from the receptacle to the PCB header decreases engineering time and resources. These discrete wires are UL-approved and ready to use in electronic appliance applications. Molex Mini-Fit Jr. Discrete Cable Assemblies are made in ISO/TS16949-certified facilities to ensure quality and meet automotive industry standards. Typical applications include consumer, medical, automotive, and industrial.
