MT03 Silicon Photodiodes

Marktech Optoelectronics MT03 Silicon Photodiodes are available in square (3.87mm x 3.87mm) 15mm², and circular (ø2.52) 5mm² and (ø3.57) 10mm² active area options. These photodiodes come in a hermetic TO-5 metal can package with a UV-transmitting glass window. The MT03 photodiodes feature 50V reverse voltage, spectral sensitivity wavelength ranging from 250nm to 1100nm, and operate at a -40°C to 100°C temperature range. The MT03 silicon photodiodes are optimized for applications requiring visible and Near-Infrared (NIR) light sensitivity, including spectroscopy equipment, photometers, fluorescence, currency authentication, and colorimeters.
