InfiniiVision 4000G X-Series Oscilloscopes

Keysight Technologies InfiniiVision 4000G X-Series Oscilloscopes are advanced 7-in-1 instruments with versatile functionality. The 4000G oscilloscope features dual waveform generators, mask limit testing, measurement limit testing, frequency response analysis, enhanced HDTV video analysis, and hardware-based serial trigger and decodes, including I²C, SPI, UART, I²S, and USB-PD. The oscilloscopes are offered in 200MHz, 350MHz, 500MHz, 1GHz, and 1.5GHz bandwidths with two or four analog channels. The Keysight Technologies InfiniiVision 4000G X-Series Oscilloscopes provide >1 million wfms/sec waveform update rate and a 12.1" capacitive touch display.
