MCP LPDDR2 DRAM & Serial NOR Flash

ISSI Multi-Chip Package (MCP) combines Low Power Double Data Rate2 (LPDDR2) DRAM and serial NOR Flash in one chip. This MCP package enables the miniaturization of feature-rich, low-power applications into a small and consistent footprint. The DRAM is a 512Mb LPDDR2 with 1.2V/1.8V supply and clock frequency up to 533MHz (1066Mbps throughput). The Flash is a 128Mb SPI Dual Transfer Rate (DTR) device with 1.8V supply. The Flash provides up to 532Mbps throughput in QUAD I/O DTR mode. The package is an industry standard 168-ball PoP BGA with the addition of a Flash interface.
