Interchangeable AC-DC Power Adapters-DA12 & DA1

Advanced Energy / Artesyn now has available two wall-mount switching power supplies with medical and IT equipment safety approvals, the DA12-M (12W) and DA18-M (18W), both of which are available in fixed and interchangeable AC plug configurations and meet stringent Energy Star Level V efficiency standards. The DA12-M offers five or 12V outputs, the DA18-M has a 15V output, and both models offer a slim form factor, allowing multiple adapters in dual wall outlet configurations. Both models also feature universal 90-264Vac inputs and offer comprehensive protections against overvoltage, overtemperature, and short-circuit/overload conditions. US, UK, EU, and AU plugs (DA model) are available on all models, with C8 available for interchangeable versions only. Advanced Energy / Artesyn DA12-M and DA18-M power adapters also support a wide range of ambient operating temperatures from 0 to 40ºC, have a ground leakage maximum current of 100µA at 50/60 Hz, and provide constant voltage/current output. They comply with rigorous EN55022-B and FCC part 15 Level B EMC standards for conducted noise and feature built-in EMI filtering (CISPR 22 Class B).

Artesyn Embedded Technologies DA18-M Series Wall-Mount AC-DC Power Adapter from offers 18 watts of power and is available in both fixed and interchangeable AC plug configurations. Artesyn Embedded Technologies DA18-M series adapters also meet both ITE and medical safety standards and offer universal AC input (90-264Vac), fully regulated output, overload and short circuit protection, thermal protection, Energy Star 2.0 and CEC approvals, Efficiency Level V compliance, constant voltage, high MTBF, built-in EMI filter (CISPR 22 Class B).

Products meet EMC compliance with IEC60601-1-2 and environmental compliance with IEC60950. Two isolation barriers are provided to ensure the applied part is isolated from the ground and meets the leakage current limits.
